We all learn HOW to recite the Quran, but we don’t learn WHAT we’re reciting. At the core of our vision is the belief every Muslim should be able to read and understand the Quran as it was revealed. While translations do a great job of conveying the basic meanings, they fail to capture the feel, experience, and essence of the Quran. Our programme aims to bridge this gap by teaching you the fundamental rules, vocabulary, and skills you need to truly understand the Quran you recite so beautifully.

Our course immerses you in the fundamentals of Quranic Arabic, blending high-yield vocabulary with direct application to Quranic passages. You’ll also gain comprehensive skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, bringing you closer to a native feel of the language.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Designed for Beginners!
If you’ve felt the Quran was out of reach, this course is designed for you. Tailored for absolute beginners and busy individuals, we make learning Arabic achievable on a part-time schedule. The course is open to both brothers and sisters. No prior Arabic knowledge is needed, but you should be proficient in reading the Quranic script. Note: Proficient Tajweed isn’t required.

Each lesson is preceded with concise preparation videos and class notes which present the upcoming lesson in an easy and digestible format. This is to ensure you are fully prepared and engaged for the live class.

In our live weekly classes, you'll engage directly with your instructor and classmates. Each session features a dynamic mix of teaching segments, quizzes, group activities, and student presentations. This ensures a thorough understanding of the content, fills any gaps in knowledge and accelerates the learning process.

Who is this course for?The course is designed for beginners, especially those aiming to learn Arabic to understand the Quran.

How long is the course?Its a 12-month part-time course with weekly live classes running every Monday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. You will also have lifetime access to the course materials, allowing you to review and revisit the content as many times as you'd like, even after the programme concludes.

How much time do I need to commit weekly?You will need to commit to a weekly 2-hour live class. Additionally, it is recommended that you spend an average of 30 minutes a day to complete the weekly tasks, assignments and preparation.

What happens if I miss a live class?If you miss a live class, you can stay on track and catch-up anytime using our short pre-recorded preparation videos and on-demand class recordings. All class resources are available via the online student portal. We also offer regular revision sessions and termly intensives to give students the opportunity to always stay on-track.

Do I need prior knowledge of Arabic?No! This course is designed for beginners. However, you will need to be fluent in reading the Quranic script. This means you can read 1 Juzz of the Quran in under 40mins. Proficient tajweed is not required.

Where are the In-Person sessions held?The in-person sessions are held in across London at various locations, including Mosques, Universities, conference rooms, and offices.

What language is the course taught in?The course is primarily taught in English, with Arabic being gradually introduced as we progress. In the second year of the programme, it is taught 70% in Arabic.

Is there a community aspect to the course?Absolutely! Our course thrives on its community aspect. We organise regular social events so students can get to know each other and build a strong community. Additionally, we will host unique and exclusive events with notable guests specifically for our students. We provide gender exclusive spaces for our socials to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe.

Will I receive a certification upon completion?Yes! Upon successfully completing the programme, you will receive a certificate and gain access to our Year 2 Intermediate Arabic Programme.

Can I cancel my payment?Yes, you can cancel your payment plan at any time through the student portal or by contacting us directly.

What happens after completing the programme?After completing the programme, you will be able to progress to our Year 2 Intermediate Programme, where you will learn more advanced Arabic and read the Tafsir of the Quran entirely in Arabic.
